Welcome to CapitalCabs. By using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read these terms carefully before using our apps, websites, or services.
definitions
"We," "us," or "our" refers to CapitalCabs Private Ltd. "User" refers to anyone accessing or using our services, including riders and drivers. "Services" refers to the CapitalCabs and CapitalCabs Driver apps, website, and any associated offerings.
user accounts
You must register and create an account to access our services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. Providing false or misleading information may result in account suspension or termination.
use of services
Riders agree to provide accurate pickup and drop-off information. Drivers must hold a valid driver’s license, insurance, and any other certifications required by Australian law. Users must not engage in any illegal activities while using our services.
payments and fees
Riders agree to pay the fare displayed in the app at the end of their ride. Drivers are compensated according to the payment structure outlined in the CapitalCabs Driver app. We reserve the right to update pricing or fee structures at any time.
cancellations and refunds
Riders can cancel a booking before the driver accepts the ride without incurring a fee. If a cancellation occurs after the driver has started the trip, a cancellation fee may apply. Refund requests are subject to review and must be submitted within 7 days of the ride.
privacy
We collect and use personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
liability and disclaimer
We are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from the use of our services, except as required by Australian law. Drivers are independent contractors and not employees of CapitalCabs. We are not responsible for their actions. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
termination of services
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms or applicable laws.
changes to terms
We may update these terms and conditions from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our website or app. By continuing to use our services, you agree to the updated terms.
governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Australia.
